2. Prefer   t o   h ave   o ne   o f   t he   f ollowing:   4 0   H our   C hildcare   C ertification,   C hild   D evelopment  
Associate   ( CDA)   c redential,   E arly   C hildhood   P rofessional   C ertificate   ( ECPC),   F lorida   C hild   C are  
Professional   C redential   ( FCCPC),   o r   F lorida   C hild   C are   S taff   C redential   V erification.    
3. Evidence   o f   k nowledge   o f   p reschool   c urriculum   a nd   t he   a bility   t o   i mplement   i t.  
4. Evidence   o f   a bility   t o   i nteract   c ollaboratively   w ith   s tudents,   p arents,   a nd   A dministration.  
5. Evidence   o f   e xcellent   o ral   a nd   w ritten   s kills.  
6. Must   p ass   d rug   t est,   f inger   p rints,   a nd   l ocal   b ackground   c heck.
