No one has promised me anything or threatened me to get me to admit to the charges. I
am doing this of my own free will. It is my choice to admit rather than have a trial.

I understand that if I admit to a sex offense, I may have to submit to a blood draw for
DNA purposes and I will have to register as a sex offender, possibly for the rest of my
life.

I understand that if I am not a United States citizen, I may be deported, refused re-entry
to the United States, or denied U. S. citizenship if I admit to these charges.

If I am on probation or parole, I understand that by admitting the charges in this case, my
probation or parole may be revoked and I could be sent to a training school or youth
correctional facility or residential treatment center or other out-of-home placement on the
old charge added to the time I could go on these new charges.
