NOTE to Owner/Seller: Retain the Original signed Owner of Record for Show Entry/Breeder Class Release Form and
send a copy of the signed form and a copy of the ARI Registration Certificate to the Buyer.

NOTE to Buyer: Send a copy of the signed form and a copy of the ARI Registration Certificate to the AOA Show System
Office, 5000 Linbar Dr., Suite 297, Nashville, TN 37211. A copy of the signed form must accompany a copy of the ARI
Registration Certificate for entry into AOA Certified Shows (Halter, Fleece, Spin-Off) which shall be retained by the Show
Superintendents with their show records.

NOTE to Buyer and Owner/Seller: All revoked Owner of Record for Show Entry/Breeder Class Release Forms will be
posted to under "Owner of Record for Show Entry/Breeder Class Release Form -
Revocation List" and will contain the following information: The Owner(s) Name, and the Buyer's Name.
4.
NOTE to Show Superintendents: All Halter, Fleece and Spin-Off Show Superintendents are required to log onto
and print out a copy of the "Owner of Record for Show Entry/Breeder Class Release Form -
Revocation List" prior to each show to ensure compliance with the revocation.
