The VA will not award benefits for courses that do not count toward your degree program except for

developmental classes. The GI Bill DOES NOT PAY FOR ONLINE DEVELOPMENTAL CLASSES.

 Payment arrangements must be made with the business office prior to the semester starting if your

benefit does not send tuition and fees directly to the campus from the VA. Please check your benefit

type for its policies and procedures.

 A GPA below 2.0 can affect your education benefit, waivers or exemptions.

 No book vouchers will be issued to GI Bill recipients except Chapter 31 students. Book vouchers can

only be issued if you are receiving additional financial aid that qualifies you for a voucher.

 All active duty servicemen, veterans, and retirees are required to order an official copy of Military

Transcripts to be sent to the college admissions office to comply with VA guidelines.

Any changes to your original schedule on this form must be brought to the School Certifying Official in

Bldg A-138 in order to adjust your certification.
