Welcome to Hope Christian Reformed Church!

at 1:00pm on Sunday and the evening service will be played at 10:00am on Thursday.

WORSHIP NOTES

Welcome to Hope CRC! As we gather for worship today, we will be reading from Mark 4:35-

41 and the story of Jesus calming the storm. We all have circumstances in life that seem to

be outside of our control. When we are threatened to be overwhelmed, do we trust that

Jesus can help? In the evening, Pastor Todd will be using the next two evening services to

conclude the “Worship as a Conversation” series. Reading from 2 Corinthians 9:6-15, we

will be reminded how the offering is part of our worshipful response to God. Let us worship

God today!

ANNOUNCEMENTS

Tip Night-- No need to cook and a great opportunity to help the Guatemala serve team raise

funds for their trip in June. There will be a tip night from 5-7:30 on Monday, April 3, at the

Hull Pizza Ranch. A percentage of all the dine-in and carry-out sales, plus tips, will go to the

team for expenses. We hope you join us and have the opportunity to meet some of the

team members.

SAVE THE DATE! Plans are underway for the 2017 Cary Serve Team trip to Cary, MS. The

dates are June 9 - June 17. The sign-up deadline is March 15. The message printed on the

back of our Serve Team shirts states: "I am on Christ's Team. . . I am committed to Christ

and to this race. I will run strong, I will run long! Who will join me?" Can we count on you to

join our team to Cary? (Sign-up sheet is on the bulletin board in the Fellowship Hall. If you
