We have read, talked about and will abide by the Information Technology Acceptable Use

Agreement as outlined in the GUIDE TO THE 2013-2014 SCHOOL YEAR FOR STUDENTS

AND PARENTS.

I give permission for my child to bring in his/her mobile Internet device to school, to be used in

the classroom only, for educational purposes as per his/her teachers’ instructions. I understand

that any misuse of the device contrary to the Information Technology Acceptable Use Agreement

will lead to the removal of the device from school property. I also understand that the school is

not responsible for any damage, loss, or theft of the device.
