Candy will be shipped to the drop site as designated by your District Deputy. If your council can order 33 cases or more,
you can designate your drop point to a business, school, or parish. Absolutely no deliveries will be made to a private
residence. Your council will be responsible to pick up the product at the drop site. If the District fails to order 33 cases,
the Tootsie Roll chairman will decide with the District Deputy where to ship the candy. Your council will be billed for
the cases ordered whether or not you pick them up.

AGREEMENT OF SALE: The merchandise I have ordered will be shipped to me freight prepaid, by Tootsie Roll Industries Inc. I will advise immediately if candy
