Your student account cannot be credited with outside scholarship funds until the funds are received at WBU. If enrollment

verification is required for receipt of outside funds, provide WBU the name and address of the organization needing this

verification.

By my signature below, I attest to the following statements:

1) I have read and understand the steps I will follow to apply for financial aid at WBU.

2) I authorize the transfer of my grant/loan funds via the Electronic Funds Transfer system (EFT) to my WBU student account.

3) I authorize WBU to add their institution code and will provide my DRN number and transaction number if requested to do so.

4) I understand financial aid will not be credited to my student account until I have accepted my aid on NetPartner at

https://studentfinaid.wbu.edu

5) I will use any money I receive from Federal Title IV HEA funds or state grant(s) for expenses related to my study at WBU.

6) I will provide notice to the Financial Aid Office if I withdraw from school or if any information provided on this form changes.

7) I understand that no state or federal aid funds will be awarded or disbursed to my student account at WBU until I am FULLY

admitted to the University.

8) I am aware of the established priority deadline dates. I understand that I will make other arrangements for the payment of my

initial fees if I do not meet these deadlines.

9) I have read and understand the Statement of Required Satisfactory Academic Progress (as stated in the catalog) pertaining to

my eligibility and continued eligibility for financial aid at WBU. To maintain eligibility for WBU scholarships, a student must

maintain a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0.

10) I understand that I cannot receive financial aid simultaneously from two separate colleges or universities for the same

enrollment period.

11) If at any point within the academic year my enrollment status changes, I am aware that my previously disbursed aid or

pending aid will be adjusted.

12) The information on this form is true and correct to the best of my knowledge.
