RULE 35.2 CHILD SUPPORT WORKSHEETS

Each party to an action for child support must prepare the worksheet required by La. R.S. 9:315.B. The

claimant's worksheet must be attached to the pleading requesting child support. The respondent=s worksheet

shall be delivered to the claimant no later than the working day before the date assigned for the hearing.
