You will be tested for the following position:
To allow you to do your best, please follow these instructions:
1.
Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothing (shorts or sweat suit if you prefer).
2.
Wear comfortable, closed toed shoes (i.e., athletic shoes).
3.
Do not eat a heavy meal or drink caffeinated beverages such as coffee, tea, or colas for at least 2 hours before your
appointment.
4.
Do not smoke or chew tobacco for 1 hour before your appointment.
5.
Do not drink alcohol for 8 hours prior to your test.
6.
Avoid vigorous activity for several hours before your appointment.
7.
Bring your driver’s license or other form of photo ID with you.
8.
Be prepared to provide a list of all medications taken within 24 hours prior to the test.
9.
If you are currently taking any non-prescription cold or allergy medication, you should postpone testing until you
have discontinued the medication for at least 24 hours.
