I ACCEPT this Permit-to-Practice as a Certified Public

Accountant with full realization of the responsibilities and

obligations which I thereby assume.

I FURTHER UNDERSTAND that this permit is contingent upon

compliance with Wyoming Statute 33-3-120 Section (c).

I HEREBY SOLEMNLY SWEAR to support the Constitution of

the United States, and to support the Constitution of the State of

Wyoming so long as I practice therein.

I FURTHER SWEAR that I have read Wyoming Statutes 33-3-

101 through 33-3-131, effective July 1, 1975, and will abide by the

rules

authority; and that I will always endeavor to uphold the honor and
