Certificates of Registration. This agreement shall remain in full force and effect until such time as the Chief of the Division of

Watercraft determines the agent has fulfilled all requirements as designated in the principal’s agreement entitled “Licenses

Agency Agreement” and the principal is no longer a registration agent with the Department of Natural Resources Division

of Watercraft.
