An annual decal fee must be paid and a LPG/NG decal must be displayed if you meet the following requirements:

1. You own or operate a motor vehicle powered by Liquefied Petroleum Gas or Natural Gas.

2. The motor vehicle is registered in the State of Colorado.

This is a renewal application for Liquefied Petroleum Gas or Natural Gas Decal(s). The decal must be affixed to

the inside upper right-hand corner of the vehicle windshield by January 1.

You should submit this renewal application for Liquefied Petroleum Gas or Natural Gas Decal in November to

obtain your LPG Decal by January 1.

Registered gross is the total empty weight of the power unit and trailer (if applicable) and the total weight of the

load or cargo.

Any person who puts Liquefied Petroleum Gas or Natural Gas into a fuel tank of a motor vehicle not displaying a

current decal is subject to penalties as provided by sections 39-27-102(5)(e) and 39-27-102(5)(f).
