2016 Sewer And Water Permit Fee Schedule

Sewer and Water Permits for installation, replacement or repair shall be $45.00 + 1.75% of the job valuation.

(State surcharge is .0005 times the job valuation. Call the Inspections Department at (952) 924-2588

for state surcharges on all permits valued at $1,000,000.00 or more).

● When applicable, a plan review charge equal to 35% of the Sewer and Water Permit fee will be added.

Exception:

Repair or replacement of a single sewer service or single water service for a single-family dwelling

shall be $80.00 + $1.00* = $81.00.

*State surcharges are calculated at $1.00 for single item permits issued under this exceptions
