You must be able to answer Yes in both Step 3 and Step 6 to be eligible to make tax exemption purchases as a QEZE in your new
taxable year. If you cannot answer Yes in both steps, you do not meet the employment test and cannot make tax exempt purchases
as a QEZE in your new taxable year. If you do not meet the employment test for the new taxable year, you must wait until your next taxable
year before completing the employment test again. A reminder, similar to this one, will be sent to you before the beginning of your next
taxable year.
