FILING FEE: $5.00. Make checks payable to SECRETARY OF STATE.
2.
The document should be signed as follows.
A copy of a signature is acceptable for filing. Verification is not required.
(a) Iowa Code Chapter 487
By all general partners.
(b) I owa Code Chapter 488
By one general partner.
3.
One copy of the document is to be delivered to the Secretary of State for filing.
4.
If the Limited Partnership was administratively dissolved due to failure to maintain a registered
agent or designated office, the limited partnership must name a registered agent and office at the
time of filing this application.
5.
The reinstatement relates back to the effective date of the administrative dissolution.
