The instructions in the Department of Revenue’s tax forms should provide answers to most taxpayer questions.
If you have questions about completing your Massachusetts tax form, you can call us at (617) 887-MDOR or
toll-free in Massachusetts at 1-800-392-6089 Monday through Friday, between 8:45 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. DOR’s
website at is also a valuable resource for tax information 24 hours a day. Thousands of
tapayers use DOR’s website to e-mail and receive prompt answers to their general tax inquiries. Taxpayers
can also check the status of their refunds, make estimated tax payments and review their estimated tax pay-
ment histories through the Web Services for Income section of our website.
