Addendum (RPIE-ADD) if required – see Section 3.
a. ¨ Property was acquired in an arms-length transaction during or after the 2002 reporting period and a full 12-month
income statement is not available. If no Real Property Transfer Tax return was filed, attach a closing statement.
b. ¨ Building was unoccupied while under construction or renovation during all or part of the 2002 reporting period.
c. ¨ Building was available for use but entirely vacant for one or more months during the 2002 reporting period.
