2. Application must be complete before license can be issued.
3. Mail complete application with $10.00 application fee to City of Cortez,
Sales Tax Division, 210 East Main Street, Cortez, CO 81321.
4. MAKE CHECKS PAYABLE TO THE CITY OF CORTEZ.
5. License will be issued after application is reviewed and approved by the
Zoning Administrator and the City Clerks Office.
You may also be required to apply for a Home Occupation Permit and/or a Sign Permit. Please
Contact the Zoning Administrator in the Public Works Department for information.
