Dealer Plates: All dealers and wholesalers may purchase at least one dealer demo plate. Private use of a demo-plated vehicle is prohib-
ited. The "private use" prohibition does not apply to dealer full-use plates. A dealer or wholesaler that is authorized full-use plates may
purchase as many as desired. In-transit plates may be purchased by any licensed dealer or wholesaler.
Demo, Full-use and In-transit plates are authorized by the AILD, but purchased from the County Clerk where the dealer is located.
