Finding the Microflex® Glove Size that Best Fits You
The sizing guide above will help you determine what size to select for products in the Microflex®
glove line. For ease of use, print this page and then cut out the ruler above for future reference.
1. Place the widest part of your hand over the size indicator
2. Typically the widest part of your hand be placed at the bottom left hand corner of
the ruler in the space between your palm and thumb (see Fig 1 above)
3. Use a pencil or pen to place a mark to the right of your hand to mark the widest
part of your hand
4. Remove your hand and check where the mark falls to determine your size
5. If it falls towards the end or between two size bars you will need to try on a size
of each to determine which one fits you best
Microflex® gloves are specifically designed based upon material type and anticipated
application/use, whereas other companies’ gloves are advertised with size consistency,
regardless of the material type or anticipated application. The assumption that all gloves are sized
the same and will thereby have a consistent fit across material type and/or application is
erroneous; for example, thinner latex products will offer more “give” to their wearer than thicker
latex gloves. Naturally, a person may take a different size in each of these products, depending
on the application/use and relative thickness. Similarly, synthetic products will form fit to hands to
a lesser degree than latex, which is taken into consideration in synthetic size design.
Keep this in mind when using the sizing chart above so you can find the glove size that fits you
best for your needs. Once you’ve measured your hand and know your size, try on a pair of
Microflex® gloves today to see how they fit. You’ll feel the difference and will understand why
Microflex is The Most Trusted Name In Gloves®.
