1. I am aware that if my ward does not maintain 80% attendance in all subjects, he/she will not be
allowed to appear for the University Examination and will receive a Fail grade.
2. I hereby declare that I know the financial obligation of my ward and I can afford to pay all the
requisite costs towards the University.
3. I undertake to pay the tuition and other fees on time to the University under the rules in force and
which may be framed from time to time by the management.
4. I agree to pay the fees at the beginning of each semester.
5. I am aware that the fee once paid to the University is not refundable in case
My son/daughter/ward does not join this University.
He / She discontinues the studies.
He / She is expelled from University for any reason.
6. I will not claim the refund of fees if my ward leaves the University on his/her own or is expelled by
the University for breach of conduct, discipline and rules of the University.
7. I also stand by the declaration given by my son / daughter / ward to the University and shall
ensure that he/she abides by the rules of the University.
8. I shall be responsible for his/her good conduct, attendance and discipline during the period of
his/her study in the University.
9. I understand that admission to Spicer Adventist University is a privilege not a right and I shall
encourage my ward to uphold the standards and image of the University.
