Merchant Booths are available to all regular MEMBERS in good standing of the Fourth

Avenue Merchants Association. Make your reservation NOW so that your booth can be

Sponsorship

Sponsorships help offset budgetary and promotional expenditures for the Fair. The

Street Fair has developed numerous relationships, which help to increase the operating

budget for the Avenue. During the Fair, FAMA merchant members are allowed to

provide the products and services they provide year round. However, the FAMA board

of Directors reserves the right to disallow any activities that would dramatically affect a

sponsorship.

Street Fair Rules

Regular members of FAMA can buy one booth at the merchant rate and an additional

booth at the exhibitor rate without having to go through the jury process.

• Food and beverage merchants are ineligible for a craft booth space.

• Merchants can only sell in their booths what is regularly sold in their shop during

the year.

• Merchandise cannot be set up on sidewalks because walkways must remain

unobstructed during the fair.

• Merchants are given preference on their booth location prior to placement of

artists. If there is a conflict between 2 merchants wanting the same location, the

merchant who submitted their application first will prevail.

• Merchants are asked to operate within these rules to insure a superior Street Fair.

Delivery Guidelines

During the Street Fair, access to 4

Avenue is monitored at Third and Fifth Avenues

(north/south), as well as at either end of the avenue. Please instruct delivery vehicles to

tell barricade guards that they are making a delivery to your business. Ask them to use

Hoff and Herbert Avenues when traveling north and south.
