1. Grasp outer ends of support and position lumbar pad at the small of the back.
2. Stretch out both ends, wrapping longer non-hook end across your body.
3. Align the hook end and attach the hook fasteners securely.
4. Center lumbar pad at the small of the back.
5. G rasp both side-pulls simultaneously and attach hook fasteners to front of support.
