performed against milestones planned to assure that each project objective is met according to
schedule. The contractor shall provide monthly schedule updates which identifies project critical
path and identifies schedule risks.
Purchasing System: The contractor shall track, manage, and otherwise account for purchases
made on behalf of the Government under the authority of this delivery order with a Purchasing
System.
Delivery Order Management Reports (Periodic, recurring submissions of resource expenditures
and progress against the applicable planned activities): The contractor shall provide periodic
progress reports, which cover overall delivery order status and specific status on each
outstanding effort or task.
4.1.1 Documentation of Reimbursable Expenses
The contractor shall maintain current and accurate documentation of all expenses incurred in the
performance of work under the delivery order. Original receipts and invoices, copies of originals,
or summaries of all expenses charged to travel and other direct costs shall be made available to the
Task Order Manager (TOM) upon request.
4.1.2 Data Deliverables
The contractor shall deliver data to the cognizant TOM as follows:
1. Progress/Status Management Report: The contractor shall submit a monthly Progress/Status
Management Report in accordance with Item A001 of the attached DD-1423.
2. Cost Funds Status Report: The contractor shall submit a monthly Cost Funds Status Report in
accordance with Item A002 of the attached DD-1423.
3. Technical Status Report: The contractor shall submit a monthly Technical Status Report in
accordance with Item A003 of the attached DD-1423.
4. Engineering Reports: If required, the contractor shall submit engineering reports in accordance
with Items A004 through A014 of the attached DD-1423.
5.
Final Report: The contractor shall submit a final report in accordance with Item A015 of the
attached DD-1423.
Deliverables shall be produced and distributed IAW the attached DD-1423 as tasking requires:

A001 Progress/Status Management Report,
·
A004 Scientific and technical reports,
·
A005 Concept papers/Concept of Operations (CONOPS),
·
A006 Requirements documents/specifications,
·
A007 Conference/meeting minutes and presentations,
·
A008 CDRL Review Comments,
·
A009 Security Report/Information Assurance (IA) SSAA,
