including physical, psychosocial, emotional, ethnic, cultural

and spiritual dimensions of health, specific to the

presenting health issues.

11.2 Health assessment, with attention to:

engaging the client with the intent of establishing

a trusting relationship, using a relational,

respectful demeanor;

listening to the client and family;

•

recognizing and incorporating cultural wisdom and

practices;

assessing the client’s knowledge and community

support systems.

11.3 Physical examination, identifying and interpreting
