FAMILY GRAS COLORING CONTEST OFFICIAL RULES
Entries for Family Gras Coloring Contest may be submitted beginning on November 27, 2017, and ends at 3:00 p.m. on
January 12, 2018. WINNERS WILL BE NOTIFIED VIA PHONE AND/OR EMAIL.
ENTRY RULES
•
Contest open to children ages 12 and under; void where prohibited
•
One (1) entry per person
Colors used are limited to Purple, Green, and Yellow.

Entries may be turned into any Moody National Bank location (Locations Listed at ) or sent via

Mailed entries must be post marked by Monday, January 12, 2018

Be sure to include name, age, plus a parent or guardian’s street address, phone number and email address on entry
form (back of coloring page)

One (1) winner will be chosen from each of the following categories:

Ages 4-6
o
Ages 7-9
o
Ages 10-12
JUDGING RULES
•
Winner will be announced on the week of January 22, 2018
•
Judging will be conducted by a panel of Mardi Gras! Galveston sponsors
•
Top entries will be showcased on
online photo album
•
Decisions are at the discretion of Yaga’s Entertainment and are subject to change at any time. We reserve the right to
award multiple winner and prizes.
PRIZE
•
Each (1) winner in each category will win a ride on a float in the Sunshine Kids Parade / Shriners Hospitals for
Children Parade during Family Gras on Sunday, February 11, 2018 @ 12pm. Winners are required to have a parent
or guardian ride along with them in the parade.
•
Each (1) winner in each category will win admission to a balcony party during Family Gras on Sunday, February 11,
2018. Winners are required to have a parent or guardian with them at balcony party.
•
Top 3 entries in each category will have their entry printed in a special section of the Galveston Daily News on
Sunday, February 11, 2018.
NO LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the sponsors (Yaga’s Entertainment,
Inc., Moody National Bank, The Daily News) and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives
and agents from and against any claims made by winners, entrants or any other third parties related in any way to the
operation of this sweepstakes as well as any other claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to
any person (including death) or property of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance,
possession, misuse or use of any prize or participation in any contest-related activity or participation in this contest.
