Checklist of parent’s obligations while having a registered child at Sunny Skies Preschool

__ Payments are due on THURSDAYS regardless of attendance, whether child is sick, or during vacation.

This secures your child’s spot in his/her classroom.

__ Children MUST arrive to school no later than 9:30AM. This helps us know how many children attend daily.

__ Early Drop Off/Late Pick Up Fees. If your child is brought to school before 8:00AM, there is a $15.00

charge. If you are late picking up your child between 6:00PM-6:15PM, will be charged $20.00 and after 6:16PM

you will be charged $1.00 per minute thereafter, also due on the spot of arrival.

__ No food, drinks, toys or personal objects are to be brought in. Sunny Skies Preschool is not responsible for

lost/broken valuable items that are brought in. ALL REQUIRED ITEMS MUST BE LABELED WITH

CHILD’S NAME (including BLANKETS)!!

__If personal stroller is brought into Sunny Skies Preschool, it MUST be secured with a lock & chain. Sunny Skies

Preschool is not responsible for lost/broken valuable items that are brought in.

__ No sandals or open-toe shoes to be worn in school. CLOSED TOE SHOES ONLY!

__ Uniform tops and bottoms to be worn everyday in school.

__ Clean, proper fitted CRIB SIZE sheet and blanket MUST be brought in every Monday for child’s use.

No bed sheets = No acceptance to school!

__ Two changes of clothes to be kept in school for emergencies. Please LABEL CLOTHES WITH

CHILD’S NAME/INITIALS. Sunny Skies Preschool is not responsible for lost/broken valuable items that are

brought in.

__ Children with fever or diarrhea must stay home until after 24 hours w/o symptoms.

__ Accurate phone numbers and email addresses will be provided.

__ Medicals will be kept up to date. Your child’s medical is valid for one year to the date!

__ All injuries that happen at home must be reported to a STAFF MEMBER when dropping child off in the morning.

__ Child must be signed in and out of Sunny Skies Preschool every day by parent/guardian.

__ Parent must call school or send email to notify us of absences and the reason for it.

__ Parents should participate in school activities such as fund raisers, meetings, holiday celebrations, etc.

the rules and regulations to be followed at sunny Skies Preschool. Failure to do so might result in my child’s

expulsion from the program without the right to get a deposit refund, my initials/check mark next to each line

indicate that I have read, understand and intend to follow every single one of them.
