COMES NOW (affiant’s name), being first duly sworn, deposes and says:

On (date of mailing) I caused to be deposited in the United States Mail at

(City), (State), envelopes, certified, return receipt requested, with postage prepaid,

containing a copy of the amended notice of trustee’s sale addressed to the parties

required by section 45-1506, Idaho Code.

The address of the grantor(s) of the Deed of Trust and, where applicable,

the parties who have assumed and agreed to pay the indebtedness secured by the

same, is the last address of such party known to me and to the beneficiary of the Deed

of Trust.
