AGREEMENT:
Policy 19 requires that Affiliates run a Sex Offender check, but it gives Affiliates
discretion in determining when to deselect a partner family. For instance, an affiliate may include in their
policy that: (i) any hit on the sex offender database results in denial of application (or de-selection) or (ii)
they will evaluate the relation between any offense and the risk to the affiliate, taking into account the
nature of any conviction, the time since the conviction and completion of sentence before deciding to
deselect. Ensure to comply with State laws which may restrict the use of information gathered from the
sex offender database.]

HOUSE CONSTRUCTION
At the appropriate time and if you fulfill all of the conditions contained in this Agreement,
we will begin to review with you the estimated cost of construction of the house, the
estimated construction schedule, your estimated mortgage payments, specific house plans
and other details regarding the construction and sale of the house.
