_____     I   w ill   b e   r esponsible   f or   p aying   a ny   f ines   r elated   t o   d riving-­‐related   t ickets.  

_____     I   w ill   p rovide   t ransportation   f or   f amily   m embers   a t   t he   d irection   o f   m y   p arent(s)/guardian(s),  

and   I   u nderstand   t hat   t his   r esponsibility   m ay   o verride   m y   o wn   i nterests   i n   u sing   t he   c ar.
