For foreign nationals, a document of proof that the applicant has lived in the UK for more than 6

months, e.g., school letter, UK driving licence, Home Office letter.

If your name has changed, a document of proof is required.

Photocopy of all ETU/BTCB/British Taekwondo Kup certificates for 1st Kup applicants

Photocopy of BTCB/British Taekwondo Dan certificates & Kukkiwon certificates for 1
