INSTRUCTIONS FOR L-2113
SCHEDULE 7-A EXPORTER SCHEDULE OF EXPORTS
GENERAL INFORMATION - Use this schedule to report gallons exported from the state of South Carolina. Prepare a
schedule for each destination state and product type exported.
Enter the exporter's name, license number, federal identification number, and the month and year of the export in the
spaces provided at the top of each schedule.
Please note that the specific product code for biodiesel blends and gasohol must be indicated, i.e. E10-B20.
COLUMN 1 & 2: Carrier -
Enter the name of the company that transported the product out of South Carolina and the
federal identification number if available.
COLUMN 3:
Mode of Transport
-
Enter the mode of transport used to export the product. Use one of the
following:
J
= Truck
BA = Book Adjustment
R = Rail
ST = Stock Transfer
COLUMN 4 & 5:
Purchaser - Enter the name of the company that purchased the product and the federal identification
number if available.
COLUMN 6:
Date Shipped - Enter the date the product was shipped for export.
COLUMN 7:
Document Number - Enter the invoice number or delivery ticket number issued from the bulk plant.
COLUMN 8:
Billed Gallons - Enter the number of gallons billed to the customer. (Should be the same as either
the net gallons or gross gallons.) The total from column 8 will be the amount you need to enter on the
proper line on the return.
