DOCUMENTATION TO BE PROVIDED BY DEVELOPER
1.
BILL OF SALE/AFFIDAVIT OF NO LIENS: This is a form document provided by
Sarasota County. (Form Attached)
a. If the developer is a corporation, the corporate name should be inserted at the
top of the form. If there is no corporation, the developer's name should be
inserted.
b. If the legal description is short, it can be typed in on the form. If it is long, it
should be attached as "Exhibit A". (See Number 4, "Legal Description")
c. The Affidavit of No Liens, which is incorporated into the Bill of Sale, is meant to
indicate that all outstanding financial obligations have been satisfied and that
no liens exist on the property.

CERTIFICATION OF NO CONTRIBUTIONS IN AID OF CONSTRUCTION: This is
a statement that the developer did not accept any money from any other
landowners for the cost of the water, reclaimed water and/or wastewater line or if
he did, a list of those people and the property they own which will receive water
and/or wastewater service must be attached.
a. If the developer is a corporation, the corporate name should be inserted at the
top of the form. If there is no corporation, the developer's name should be
inserted.
b. Legal description (See Number 4 "Legal Description").
c. List of contributions to the water, reclaimed water and/or wastewater line, if
applicable.
3.
FINAL COSTS: This is a breakdown by the contractor or Engineer of the actual
costs of installation of the water, reclaimed water and/or wastewater line and must
be itemized as follows:
Water:
a. Cost of water line, fittings, etc.
b. Cost of individual water services
c. Appurtenances (fire hydrants, casing, etc.)
Wastewater:
a. Cost of wastewater line, fittings, etc.
b. Cost of individual laterals/services
c. Cost of Lift Stations
d. Manholes
Reclaimed Water:
a. Cost of reclaimed water line, fittings, etc.
b. Cost of individual reclaimed water services
