PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that pursuant to Article 25AA of the Agriculture and Markets Law,
the Assessor has determined that you are the owner of the above tax map parcel and that the
parcel having benefited in whole or in part from an agricultural assessment pursuant to
Agriculture and Markets Law, Article 25AA has been converted in whole or in part to another
use in violation of statute and therefore the parcel is now subject to payments calculated in
accordance with either section 305 or section 306 of the Agriculture and Markets Law.
The amount of the payments are indicated on the attached form RP-305-p.
Any appeal of this determination must be delivered in writing to the Board of Assessment
Review on or before Grievance Day.
