POLICY
All full time employees will be eligible for vacations based upon the length of service with the Company. It
is in the best interest of the Company to try to separate the vacations of the staff over as much time as
possible and avoid having too many people from the same area out at the same time. There may be
some cases where seniority will prevail if there are requests for the same period of time off.
After one year of service, employees will be eligible for vacation as follows:
1-3 Years of Service
Up to 40 hours per year
3 or more years of Service
Up to 80 hours per year
Employees may carry over to the following year, up to 5 days vacation. Upon termination or resignation,
however, only the maximum number of earned days for the current calendar year will be paid to the
employee. All carryover requests must be submitted in writing and approved by management.
A Vacation Request Form must be filled out by every employee whether they are taking one day or two
weeks. The form should be submitted to management 30 days prior to the anticipated vacation.
