Apply for licensure by reciprocity only if you hold a current license in another jurisdiction and have worked as a dental
hygienist three of the past five years. If you do not meet both of these conditions, you must apply for licensure by
examination and sit for the Delaware Practical Examination in Dental Hygiene.
