List 1 : Requisition for low cost rental housing subsidized dwellings (dwellings in which the rent is fixed at 25 % of the

household revenue).

To insure equal and fair attribution for low cost rental housing amongst applicants who desire obtaining this type of dwelling, the

‘’Société d’habitation du Québec’’ (SHQ) asks that all Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) in low cost rental housing select each tenant

in function of the rules respecting the allocation of dwellings in low cost rental housing. These rules established the criteria of

eligibility along with the criteria for selection determined by the Non-Profit Organizations in low cost rental housing.

Several Non-Profit Organizations in low cost rental housing are members of the ‘’FROHM’’, who posses 227 dwelling units for low

cost rental housing. These organizations who use our requisition list to select their tenants for their dwellings in low cost rental

housing must comply with the rules established.

Following reception of all documents mentioned in this requisition form which must be completed and signed, your eligibility will be

verified by the selection comity. If you are eligible, you will be invited for a selection interview in which your rank will be established

in order of priority depending on you annual income, your personal situation and our selection criterions.

List 2 : Requisition for social housing non subsidized dwellings

All buildings with dwellings for low cost rental housing owned by Non-Profit Organizations (NPO) in low cost rental housing,

are generally composed of 50 % subsidized dwellings and 50 % non-subsidized dwellings. The rules of the ‘’Société

d’habitation du Québec’’ (SHQ) do not apply for the non-subsidized social housing dwellings. Each Non-Profit Organization

for social housing for non-subsidized dwellings selects their tenants for their dwellings from their own criterions and by-laws.

Several organization owning over 398 dwellings units for social housing use our list for their non-subsidized dwellings to find

and select their tenants.
