Certain low cost rental housing organizations members of the Federation who use our requisition list ask their tenant/members
to implicate themselves as volunteers in the caring, cleaning and upholding of the building in order to reduce the costs of
repairs and also to reduce annual renewal renting prices. In these certain organizations where the implication is mandatory, the
cleaning of common areas, stairways, grass cutting, snow shoveling, rent collection, certain administrative tasks, or being
member of the board of directors are all examples of volunteer work which each tenant/member must be part of. These
organizations with tenant/member volunteering are self functioning if all tenants participate in the maintenance and
management of their buildings. If applicants refuse or have no interest in the implication of their future building, they should not
check the town/cities where implication is required.
