This form must be filled out by the Primary Contact and submitted via case through the Customer Portal

This form provides applicants who have received an intent to Auction notification the ability to request an advancement or postponement to their scheduled

Auction Date. Should all contention set members agree they would like to advance or postpone their scheduled Auction Date, ICANN may accommodate such

requests. Requests from any fewer than all active members of a contention set will not be honored. This form must be completed by the Primary Contact for

each applicant and submitted via case through the Customer Portal.

Advancement Requests: Each member of the contention set must request the Earliest Preferred Auction Date it can support. If the Earliest Preferred

Auction Date varies by member, the earliest common date will take precedence. Notification of advancement must be provided to ICANN at least

45-days

prior to the requested Earliest Preferred Auction Date.

Postponement Requests: ICANN may accommodate one postponement request per contention set. Each member of the contention set must request the

postponement. If a postponement is accommodated, the Auction Date may be postponed up to two scheduled auctions in the future (e.g. those scheduled for

the Jan 2014 Auction may be rescheduled for either the Feb 2014 Auction or the Mar 2014 Auction), with the postponed Auction Date determined by ICANN in

its discretion. Notification of requested postponement must be provided to ICANN at least

45-days

prior to your published Auction Date.
