This is a supporting schedule for Alaska Cigarette and Tobacco Products Monthly Tax Return, Form 522. Use this form to claim a credit
for unused cigarette tax stamps returned to the Tax Division and for cigarette tax stamps affixed to packages of cigarettes returned to the
manufacturer, sold to customers outside of Alaska or destroyed. A credit will not be given unless the required documentation is attached
to the schedule.
Part I - Credit for unused cigarette tax stamps returned to Tax Division.
Stamps must be received by the Tax Division before a credit will be given (see instructions).
