Enclosed, you will find your 2014 IFTA Renewal-Registration Application and instructions for
both paper submission and electronic renewal. This application has been pre-printed based on
information previously furnished to the Georgia Department of Revenue.
Your 2013 IFTA Registration expires on December 31, 2013. Please submit your application, or
renew on-line by November 18, 2013. The Department will begin mailing decals after
December 16, 2013. If you do not travel outside of Georgia, you are required to renew or apply
for IFTA decals.
The Department recommends that you renew on-line through Georgia Tax Center (GTC). To
assist you with GTC procedures, we offer instructional videos, a taxpayer manual, and answers
to frequently asked questions on-line at You will need the following
information to request on-line access: State Tax Identification Number (STI), Zip Code of the
location address of the business registration, and the last payment for a specified period. Please
visit this website for an overview of GTC.

Electronic Submission:
If you already have a GTC account for your Sales and Use and/or Withholding taxes, please
follow these instructions to add access to your IFTA account:
1. Login to GTC at
https://gtc.dor.ga.gov
2. Click Add Access to Another Account link.
3. Enter your IFTA account ID.
4. Enter your Zip Code and the amount of the last payment processed.
5. Your IFTA account will be displayed in your home summary page immediately.
If you are new to GTC, follow these instructions to sign up for GTC on-line access:
1. Click the Sign Up for Online Access link on the GTC logon page:

2. Complete your profile, including your ZIP Code and the amount of the last payment
processed for the specified period.
3. You will be prompted to create a Login ID and Password. You will use these every time
you login to GTC.
4. You will immediately receive an email from
no-reply@dor.ga.gov
with login instructions
and your authorization code. Ensure our email system can receive messages from
no-
reply@dor.ga.gov. Add this address to your address book and your approved email list to
ensure receipt.
