IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS

Attendance Chart in all cases should be attached with the Award List and sent to the Dy./Asstt.

Registrar (Secrecy), Kurukshetra University, Kurukshetra within four days from the terminations

of the Practical Examinaiton.

This Chart should be filled in correctly and neatly and duty signed by the Principal and the

External and Internal Examiner(s) concerned.

The Candidate who remains absent in the Practical Examination may also be entered I the chart

and marked “ABSENT’ against his/her Roll No.

This chart must be provide to each practical examiner (s) for a separate group in various subjects.
