You must include: A complete copy of your current AND/OR last contract of teach in a public school system in

Georgia or a letter from the Personnel Office of the school system verifying that you are a full-time employee. If

student is a dependent of a full-time employee, include a copy of the latest Federal Tax Return filed and a copy of a

current contract. NOTE: This waiver is valid for a period of 12 months. Upon completion of that 12-month period

it is suggested that a Petition for Georgia Residency be completed to establish residency in Georgia, otherwise the

student will be required to reapply for the wavier.
