The defendant, acting with another, in violation of Section 564.011, RSMo, committed the class B

felony of attempted robbery in the first degree, punishable upon conviction under Sections 564.011, and

558.011 RSMo, in that on or about May 27, 2015, in the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant,

acting with another, displayed a weapon at R.C. during the purchase of marijuana, and such conduct was

a substantial step toward the commission of the crime of robbery in the first degree, and was done for the

purpose of committing such robbery in the first degree.

Unlawful Possession Of A Firearm

(Class C FELONY) RSMo 571.070

ON 5/27/2015 Time: 9:45 PM Place: 7XX Doddridge St

(SCC 31065)

The defendant, in violation of 571.070, RSMo, committed the class C felony of unlawful possession

of a firearm, punishable under Sections 558.011 and 560.011, RSMo, in that on or about May 27, 2015,

in the City of St. Louis, State of Missouri, the defendant knowingly possessed a .38 caliber revolver, a

firearm, and on September 6, 2001, the defendant was convicted of the felony of Burglary 2nd (2100R-

00145-01)in the 21st Judicial Circuit of St. Louis County, Missouri.

The facts that form the basis for this information and belief are contained in the attached

statement(s) of facts, made a part hereof and submitted as a basis upon which this court may find the

existence of probable cause.

Wherefore, the Circuit Attorney prays that an arrest warrant be issued as provided by law.
