Part 2: My Waist to Hip Ratio
Step 1: Measure your waist at the narrowest point or at the midway point between the
top of the hip bone and the bottom of the rib cage. (No sucking in!)
Step 2: Measure your hips at the largest girth, where the butt is protruding the
greatest.
Step 3: Divide your waist measurement by your hip measurement. Check below to see if
you are in the healthy range
