Concordia College will compensate the full-fee paying international student in the event of College financial failure and that portion

Concordia College will refund the initial tuition fee payment to the full-fee paying international student in the event that the student
is not successful in gaining entry to Australia provided adequate evidence of this is shown.
Concordia College will only release the full-fee paying international student from contractual obligations in the event of illness of
a serious nature requiring the student to return home or discontinue his/her study or on compassionate grounds. Only in these
circumstances will tuition fees be refunded for that portion of the year for which an education has not been effected.
Refunds listed above will be paid within 28 days of a claim.
