INSTRUCTIONS

The applicant has to apply along with the documents mentioned below:

Three visa application forms to be filled in “Capital letters” by the applicant and be submitted
together with
2.1 Passport must be valid for minimum six months and must be valid for Thailand.
2.2 Reference Letter from your present employer, office mentioning your job position, duration
of service and salary / income. In case of business owner, please attach the requested on
your company letter pate, your latest Certificate of Membership of Chamber of Commerce
/ Certificate of National Tax Number (NTN).
2.3 Latest Personal Bank Statement for 6 months duly signed & stamped by the bank officer.
In case the applicant is the owner of company and presents the company’s bank statement,
the additional bank letter of confirmation of state of ownership of the said company of the
application must also be attached.
2.4 A photocopy of ID card.
2.5 Photocopy of Passport (first four pages)
2.6 Three fresh color passport size photographs (3.5x4.5 cm). Three photograph of each child
will also be required if accompanied.
2.7 Confirmed Round trip ticket (attached with passport)

It is notified for the general public that the foreigner, who intends to visit Thailand, must be in
Possession of minimum US$500 or equivalent amount of any hard currency at the time of
entry. In case the passenger fails to prove his/her income status, he/she may be rejected and
repatriated by the Thai immigration authorities.

The applicants of Transit visa should have the visa of country of destination, in case where no
visa for the country of destination is required, the applicant must be supported by an air-ticket
along with an invitation letter from a reliable firm or person confirming that the passage through
Thailand to the country of destination has be arranged.

Note: Once submitted the fee will not be returned to the applicant in any case.

VISA HOURS
Monday – Friday
09.00 – 11:00 Hours except official holidays

A minimum of 2 working days will be required for the consideration and granting of visa.
Applicants are advised, for their own interest, to apply for visa in person in advance before the
date of their departure for Thailand in order to prevent the last minute rush.
8.
The Royal Thai Embassy reserves the rights to process your application according to the rules
and regulations, and issue visa accordingly. The Royal Thai Embassy also has the right to require
more documents from the applicant to support his/her visa application in any time and the rights
to reject any application without giving any reason.
9.
Documents once submitted shall not be returned to the applicant.
10. Notice: The Royal Thai Embassy does not authorize visa services to any agency. Those who
dose not submit/collect by self may be required to REPORT BACK.
