Transaction Charges

Banking Fund Transfer Charges

Custody of Properties Deeds.
KES. 1,000/- per document p.a.
Investment Management Services charges are based on asset value calculated on the Nairobi Stock Exchange end of
month mid closing prices.
These fees are payable in advance and are subject to V.A.T. where applicable.
NOTE

Investment Management Services charges include:

Dividend collection

Corporate action services

All reporting including a monthly asset statement

Communication costs

This tariff does not include registration fees stamp duties, VAT other applicable taxes and commission
charged by stockbrokers and other outside agents.

This tariff will be subject to review from time to time / annually when necessary.
