Event must be held on the ODU campus
Event must be open to ALL ODU students
Only 1 Sponsorship approval PER EVENT
(not available for meetings)
Only 2 Sponsorship approvals PER SEMESTER
THE FOLLOWING MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH THIS REQUEST FORM:
Flyer or publicity announcement that will advertise event.
All marketing pieces must identify Pepsi as the beverage sponsor.
Incomplete requests will be returned and may jeopardize approval if not returned in a timely fashion.
DEADLINE: 2 WEEKS PRIOR TO EVENT DATE
